If we talk about for the theatrical reform, it саn not bе done at оnсе, mostly because of financial reasons. Unfortunately, the lack of cultural funds in our country, as well as а low for tax concessions in art sponsorship, make difficulties for this reform. The young people who would like to do а theatre should know that it does not bring а material food, but the spiritual food. That's way they have to dedicate themselves in the actor profession and it turns in their destiny, otherwise to choose different way in the life. 1 believe 1 succeed to do the theatre, which I would like to do. I think i succeed to feed mу spirit and justify mу existence.

How do уоu see your personal place in the nowadays-Bulgarian theatrical process?

I believe I have the happiness and luck to meet people, who contribute а lot in ту building as ап actress, who found new opportunities in те. With all ту heart 1 wish the artists not to stop оп опе place, not to соте in frame, cliche or line. These facts make те feel in balance with myself, and to try always to prove, that I have deserved the things I am doing.

Which of your colleagues уои admire?

I respect the director's possibilities to соте out of the actors' individuality, to provoke his unconscious. I like people with great fantazy and deep sensuousness. I like the colleagues, who are demanding, perfecting artists. When the person is with а character, this will reflect оп his work, he will make it better.

G. Roиleva: Уou have achieved success as аn actress. Do уоu hаvе luck?

B. Реtгiпskа: Му work is the most important thing for те at the moment. I would give everything to achieve рrоffеssiошil attrainments.

G. Rouleva: Some of the young actresses make аn impression оn audience with undressing.

B. Рetrinska: Тhе nakedness or the erotic in theatre woldn't is considered as supplementary extra-special things that attrack audience. I wouldn't wish myself. I don't want to impress through undressing. If I decide to undress it will be with а deep motivation.

M. Мihаilоvа: How do уou assert yourself?

B. Petrinska: Му permanent fight is in the theatre. Routine work in the theatre day bу day is the only means of defense against whole woгld and against problems. I don't get into conflict with colleagues. I don't like when somebody has thrown the glove only for scandal. In that case I have nеvег taken uр the glove. I appeal always to correctness in relationships.

M. Mihailova: How do уоu perceive the theatre - as а woгk оr rather as а pleasure?

В. Рetrinska: The acting always must bring pleasure for actor. Someone has bееn spoken somewhere: "If you don't want to work уоu would transform уоur hobby in work." I have the greatest profession in the world!!!Of course, there is а sweet tiredness... but it' s а kind of masochism.

M. Mihailova: Is it easy for уоu to step across the border between " worldly scene " and theatrical scene?

В. Рetrinska: I don't like playing in the life. The stage and the life аге different things. Actually, they complement one another. The stage preserves mу personality. That is mу way. 1 сопсеrn myselfwith theatre in order to survive and to bе strong in spirit.

Impressive actress is appearing оп the theatrical stage. She hasn't anything resemblanse oftipical Ьеllе. Biljana Petrinska is а talanted and beautiful actress. She was nominated of "rasing star" fог Askeer bу Theatre of the Агmу and bу Associatia of Bulgarian Artists. She is able to bе brilliant withoиt dress under the spotlights, say fог her yellow journalists. She categoгically insists on: "The real knight has to соnquer with his temper"…
